HOW DO I KNOW I AM READY FOR THERAPY?

Because you are here.

If you have found your way to our site, then you are ready. The curiosity is the first step. Whether it is to understand your anxiety, learn tools for depression, strategies for inattention and focus, learning to improve communication, work on relationships or find motivation for change,  you are ready.

Self awareness is a leading factor in successful growth, meaningful change and willingness to work on improving your life. Learning to dig into your patterns, comfort zones and shadows will allow yourself to do the work to improve your current status quo and upgrade your life.

It takes time. Be gentle and patient with yourself. A big barrier to growth can be our own inner voice and doubt. Wherever you are in your journey, you have years of patterns and behaviors that have kept you safe, helped you prevail and maintain your life. Learning to grow and change takes love and effort and the courage to move past your worry, nervousness or self sabotage. Remember to have grace for yourself along the way. Be proud of where you are, how you got here and where you want to go.
